**Facility Rental at Olivia's Playhouse and Indoor Playground** offers the perfect venue for your child's birthday celebrations! Enjoy 4 hours of fun, including a dedicated party host, themed decor, and all necessary essentials like cutlery, tablecloths, and plates for up to 15 kids and 30 adults. Relax as we set up a fabulous space complete with a small balloon arch, birthday gift for the birthday child, and delicious food including 3 large pizzas and drinks. Cancellation Policy
Olivia’s Playhouse and Indoor Playground At Olivia’s Playhouse, we welcome group visits and love creating joyful, memorable experiences for children! To ensure a smooth, safe, and fun visit for everyone, please review our group policy below: Group Reservation Requirements Minimum Group Size: 16 children. Age Range: Groups must include children ages 1–10. Reservations Required: All group visits must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your group reservation. The deposit will be applied to your final balance. Chaperone Requirement: We require at least one adult chaperone for every 5 children. Chaperones must actively supervise children at all times. Group Rates & Payment Discounted Group Rates: Special pricing is available for schools, daycares, camps, and other youth organizations. Rates vary based on group size and visit length. Final Headcount & Payment: Final count and remaining balance are due 24 hours before your visit. Accepted Payments: Cash, credit/debit card, or organizational check. Arrival & Check-In Groups should arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and orientation. A staff member will greet your group and go over play area rules with children and adults. Safety & Conduct All children must wear socks in the play areas. Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas. Rough play, climbing on structures not intended for it, or other unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Chaperones are expected to help enforce safety and conduct rules. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future visit if rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
